We are aware that some users are having difficulties with the new software update, including some finding the app crashing a number of times. We are currently looking into this issue with our developers and will post updates here as developments occur.
We believe that part of the issue is due to the vast number of logins and pupil records trying to sync to the server simultaneously, although we’re also looking in to other possible causes.
