Due to a bug found in the last 24hrs, users are being advised not to upgrade to iOS 7 just yet while a fix update is developed.
The bug prevents access to pupil payment records, and although the data is safe, and available via the Export Pupil Data feature in the app Settings, it would certainly restrict use of the app.
The fix is being developed as a top priority, and further regular updates will be posted here, as well as on Facebook and Twitter.
If you’re affected by this issue, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll work with you to get a resolution.
What a fantastic range of speakers at the Fresh Insight event in Widnes today!
Look forward to seeing you at the next event…
It’s Week 9 of our major new software build, and with most of the Calendar integration done, work turns to the pupil app sync features, and the syllabus content tools.
As well as all of the design and coding, there is a lot of work creating the pupil app content for the lesson handout sheets and the theory test study materials.
Everything is looking good for July!
This is Week 8 of our 12 week development plan for Release 3.0 of our iPad app. There is masses of work going on behind the scenes here to get the new software ready for testing and release, as well as the new pupil apps that will link to it. Over the next few weeks we’ll give you sneak previews of what’s coming…
Welcome to the brand new website for Instructor Software!
There’s currently a lot of work going on behind the scenes preparing for the launch of Version 3.0, which will bring some really valuable new features, and will provide the link to the new pupil app, also launching in July. As before, all of the software updates are free to existing app users, and the more familiar you are with the app now, the more you’ll understand and appreciate the improvements.
Remember, much of what we do is based on customer feedback, as well as our own experience as full-time ADIs ourselves, so please keep those feature requests coming!
